Sea Smoke was founded in 1999, purchasing highly sought-after acreage in the Santa Rita Hills that had long been coveted by local winemakers and growers. The name Sea Smoke derives from what the locals call the marine fog that envelops the area almost every evening, allowing the land to cool and the vines to rest. Sea Smoke produces only Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and since their first vintage in 2001, the winery has established itself as one of the best in the region and has consistently produced excellent wines over the last 25 years. Tonight, you’ll enjoy 2 great Chardonnays and 2 great Pinot Noirs perfectly paired with Chef Avi’s delicious gourmet Indian cuisine.
