Dan Kosta & Michael Browne shared a dream 29 years ago while working at a restaurant in Santa Rosa. They had little money, but they did not let that deter them. Using their combined restaurant tips, they bought a half ton of Pinot Noir grapes & an old, hand-crank stemmer-crusher. Kosta Browne Winery, their dream, was officially born! Since that humble start, wine production has grown a bit & they now receive regular accolades from Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast & other notable wine critics for their wines. We will also taste a wine from Michael and Sarah Browne’s newest project- CHEV. Owner/chef Avinash Kapoor has created a wonderful menu to pair with these four great wines.
