In 1975, Tom Dehlinger brought wine grape growing back to the Russian River Valley (Western Sonoma County) after a nearly 45 year absence. He was one of a few wineries in the area, making his winemaking job even more difficult. But, over time, “with energy, trial and error and some blind luck”, Dehlinger established a national/international reputation for making world-class wines that helped put this region on everyone’s radar. Today, they remain an independent, family-owned and operated boutique winery, focused on getting the most out of the many intricacies that make up their estate’s terroir. Chef Avi has created a tempting menu to showcase 4 of these wines. Join Gourmet Wine Getaways’ wine expert Peter Kerr as he discusses this amazing wine region, the outstanding wines we enjoy & answers all your wine & food pairing questions. All the wines will be available for ordering at very special prices. Grab some friends and join us for what is sure to be a memorable night!
