Buttonwood Farm has specialized in producing food-friendly, Bordeaux wines for over 25 years. Karen took the winemaking reins in 2007 and has continued to raise the bar. Tonight, we’ll have the pleasure of sampling four of her outstanding wines including an epic ’14 Estate Cabernet Franc (just 226 cases made) and the ’13 Classic Cuvee-a great Bordeaux blend where Karen can blend and blend until she is happy. The wines will be perfectly paired with outstanding cuisine from the culinary team at the CMC headed by none other than Chef Christine Brown (former owner/chef at Restaurant Christine). Join Karen & Gourmet Wine Getaways’ wine expert Peter Kerr as they discuss the Central Coast wine region, the quirky 2017 harvest, and answer all your wine-related questions.
