Kerr\, Gourmet Wine Getaways\nSpecial Guest: Winemaker Chris Corley \nWednesday\, May 18\, 2022 at 7:00 PM\n$79 per person\, plus tax and gratuity \nMonticello Vineyards\, founded in 1970\, is and always has been a family affair. Founder Jay Corley and his sons Chris\, Kevin and Stephen bottled their first vintage in 1980 from their Oak Knoll District estate vineyards.  Chris became part of the winemaking team in 1989 and as of 2001\, he is the head winemaker.  Chris firmly believes that great wine begins at the vineyard and luckily\, his family has some of the best estate vineyards in the Valley.  Monticello produces about 15\,000 cases of estate wine and tonight\, we will have the opportunity to taste four of their outstanding wines including a 5-year old Merlot and a luscious 2019 Napa Valley Cab.    Each wine will be perfectly paired with a delicious food course prepared by owner/chef Jason Graff (pictured above) & El Rincon Criollo’s culinary team.
