Kerr\, Gourmet Wine Getaways Wine Consultant\nSpecial Guest: Winemaker Bastien Leduc \nWednesday\, August 25\, 2021 at 7:00 PM\n$75 per person\, plus tax and gratuity \nWinemaker Bastien Leduc’s winemaking roots go back to his childhood where he grew up on his father’s organic vineyard in France. After spending time as a winemaker in France and later continuing his career in California\, he met the Neal family (eventual owners of Seven Oxen) and discovered his vision for a new winery in Paso Robles dovetailed with theirs. The Neal’s purchased the property\, hired Bastien and to this day\, he remains the only winemaker Seven Oxen has ever known. Seven Oxen is a hidden gem among the many boutique wineries in the Paso area\, producing roughly 1000 cases of wines that are hard to find in the retail market but are happy discoveries for anyone who appreciates excellent wine at a reasonable price. Tonight\, El Rincon’s owner/chef Jason and his culinary team have created a pairing menu to showcase four of their wonderful wines.
