DESCRIPTION:Carpacio di manzo al tartufo (Wisconsin Black Angus carpacio\, wild rucola\,Red Cow parmigiano chips & Umbrian black truffles) \nCavatelli tarufati alla Norcina (homemade cavatelli pasta\, Umbrian black truffle\, seasonal mushrooms\, sausage\, Red Cow parmigiano)  \nMay 30- June 30\, 2020- Effective May 30\, Orto is open for dine-in business.  Owner Andrea Inio and his team are accepting reservations for those clients that would like to join them for dinner in their Santa Monica location.  Meanwhile\, they are also offering delivery and pick -up service for clients that prefer to eat at home.  Order online or by calling Orto directly.  There will be “off-menu” daily pasta and entree specials offered throughout the month (and beyond).  If you wish to be informed\, email Ortosantamonica@gmail.com   and they will add you to their email list.   If you are a truffle fan\, you will want to consider the 2 dishes pictured above.  One appetizer\, two pasta entrees and a lovely bottle of wine ( think lightly- oaked  Umbrian Chardonnay or a well-aged Nebbiolo\, Barbaresco or Barolo for a red) from their list will make a wonderful dinner for two and let you forget why you are having to eat at home!  Click here for the menu\, specials and ordering.
