DESCRIPTION:PlumpJack Wine began its journey in 1992 as a boutique retail wine shop in San Francisco’s Fillmore District.  It’s founding partners\, Gavin Newsom and Gordon Getty\, created a place for people who wanted to enjoy\, learn about and purchase wine without being intimidated.  From those humble beginnings\, PlumpJack started making wine under its own label and then expanded to include two other labels: Cade and Odette.  Today\, PlumpJack has its own winemaker as do Cade & Odette.  Each pursues making wine with the same passion but puts their individual stamp on their wines-the results being nothing short of spectacular!
