This boutique winery is 17 years old\, owned by Santiago’s family and run by he and his brother- a culmination of a lifetime of family effort and love for wine. Having 12 years winemaking under his belt (and his viticulture degree from UC Davis)\, the wines Santiago produces are unique\, well-made and have set a very high bar to be met by the other wineries in the Valle. Socalo’s Executive Chef Enrique Soltero and his culinary team have created some delicious & unique food pairings for the wines which will be a treat for the taste buds.
