Kerr\, Gourmet Wine Getaways’ Wine Consultant\nSpecial Guest: Kylie Dutton\, Assistant Winemaker  \nThursday\, June 22\, 2023 at 7:00 PM\n$89 per person\, plus tax and gratuity \nDutton Estate Winery was founded by the Dutton’s in 1995 but their family farming roots in Sonoma date to the 1920’s. As Sixth generation farmers and grape growers\, they know their land (all 80 separate vineyards!) and have worked hard to preserve it sustainably using all the latest technology at their disposal. Tonight we will have the pleasure of enjoying 5 of their outstanding wines including 2 of their lovely PNO’s served side-by-side. All of the wines will be perfectly paired with an eclectic menu created by Nomad Eatery featuring tastes of the Mediterranean\, Southeast Asian and Latin world regions . This will be our first dinner at Nomad but it will be a reunion of sorts as owner/chef Scott Cooper\, formerly owner of Jackson’s Village Bistro in Hermosa\, is an old acquaintance of GWG. We did over a dozen dinners at Jackson’s back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s and are excited to have reconnected with Scott and his current culinary team and know it will be a night of perfect pairings. Our special guest will be a member of the Dutton family\, Kylie Dutton\, who is also the assistant winemaker. She will give us the inside scoop from the winery and discuss the wines as we enjoy them.
