Tonight, we’ll have the pleasure of enjoying four of Paul’s outstanding wines paired with the gourmet cuisine of Owner/Chef Avinash Kapoor. One of the wines comes from his Spanish partnership with Antonio Lopez (Alvaredos-Hobbs) and another, the ALH Cabernet, is a joint effort of Paul and his daughter, Augustina.
