Owner/Winemaker Vincenzo and his brother Gianluca Ippolito are the current stewards of the family farm and vineyard dating back to 1845. As 5th generation owners, they respect the land, still using time-tested growing techniques yet they are moving carefully to modernize the winery located in a very old region in Italy. Their goal is to grow healthy fruit & allow the vineyard to speak through the wines. Sam and his culinary team have created a five-course gourmet menu to showcase these wines which include two amazing Riservas: an ’08 & ‘05 .
