Denner’s history is relatively short but they wasted no time in getting the attention of the wine world. The vineyard was planted in 1999 –about 108 acres. 45% of the grapes go to make the Denner estate wines with the balance of the grapes sold to other top wineries in the region. Antonio Galloni calls Denner one of the few elite estates in Paso Robles. Winemaker Anthony Yount continues to wow the wine critics, producing elegant, food friendly wines that are commanding top scores across the board. The production is fairly small and the wines are almost impossible to find. However, you are in luck! Owner/chef Avinash Kapoor has created a wonderful menu to pair with 5 of these incredible wines. Many of these wines are only available to their subscribers, so this is a rare opportunity to enjoy these highly sought after wines.
